·      CRISPY CRICKETS ‘N’ PANANG SATAY SAUCE

 

·      WARM POTATO and SMOKED BLACK BEAR SALAD TOSSED IN CREAMY HORSERADISH VINAIGERTTE ATOP OF APPLE CIDERED WATERCRESS.

 

·      TARTAR OF KANGAROO TOPPED WITH FOIE GRAS, CORNSHOOTS, BASIL OIL DRIZZLES.

 

·      PYTHON ATE THE FROG LEG SOUP, SCORPION, FIDDLEHEAD FERNS, BONITO FLAKES.

 

·      AFRICAN LION RIB EYE, OREGON BLACK TRUFFLE MORELS, WHITE AND GREEN ASPARAGUS, LOBSTER MASH.

 

·      GRASS JELLY, TAPIOCA PEARLS IN COCONUT CREAM, FRESH MANGO SORBET.

 

12 Degree Imports will pair each course with a complimentary beer the night of the event included in the seat price.

 

Reservations require active credit card information and 48 hours notice regarding any cancellations.

 

A maximum 65 seats available in single seating format. Wait List “reservations” will be taken as alternates in the wake of cancellations.

 

Reception begins at 6:30 pm. Guests will be ushered to their seats at 7:15 pm. First course will be served promptly at 7:30 pm.
